Support Programme:
Pakistan
- Duration: 6–8 weeks (remote)
- Participants: 6–12 employees per company
- Community partners: 2–5 women-led enterprises
- Focus: Business skills, resilience, income stability
- Approach: Skills-based, paid participation, locally led
- Optional: In-person learning immersion
The core programme: remote
Company participants work in small teams alongside women-led businesses, sharing practical skills in areas such as marketing, operations, IT, finance, and digital tools. Sessions are facilitated, time-bound, and designed to be respectful of everyone’s workload.

Optional learning immersion
An optional in-person programme in Lahore or Islamabad focused on learning, context, and reflection — not volunteering. The immersion supports leadership development and deeper understanding, without being required for impact.

Ethics & safeguarding
Every programme is delivered with clear consent, fair compensation, and safeguarding processes. Local partners play a central role in delivery, ensuring relevance and accountability.

Ongoing impact & reporting
After the programme concludes, we provide light-touch follow-up and reporting to track outcomes and lessons learned. This ensures both communities and companies can see lasting results, reflect on progress, and capture insights for future initiatives.
